February 8, 2018 - Monthly Chapter Meeting - Brian Young: Fly Fishing Grand County-Lesser Known Water
NEW LOCATION - Parker Library- 2nd Floor Event Hall B- 20105 Main street, Parker, CO 80134
Our guest speaker will be Brian Young. Brian will present a detailed view of both the well-known and lesser-known waters in Grand County, and hopefully stimulate anglers to try some new locations!
Brian’s 45+ year fly fishing career has moved from the rivers and lakes of the Eastern Sierra to the limestone streams of SW Wisconsin’s Driftless Area to the fantastic waters of Colorado for the last 20 years. He has guided in Colorado for many years, currently for Devil’s Thumb Ranch in Grand County, and Sunrise Anglers, 2011 Orvis Endorsed Guide Service of the Year. He has been at Orvis Park Meadows for a couple of years and the store’s fly-fishing team continues to be committed to helping customers have fun, learn something new, enjoy the outdoors, and catch fish…not necessarily in that order.
